The Sanur achieves 5 international standard certifications

DENPASAR, My Bali News –The Sanur, an integrated health, wellness and travel destination in Sanur has proven its commitment to providing quality and international standard services by achieving ISO Certification for five standards at once.

This achievement is an important milestone in The Sanur’s transformation in its first year of establishment. Through PT Hotel Internasional Sanur Indonesia (“PT HISI”), a subsidiary of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour, The Sanur officially receive the five ISO certification on a modest ceremony on Friday.

These five standards include five main ISO certifications, namely: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management), ISO 37001:2016 (Anti-Bribery Management System), and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management).

As the operator of the Sanur Health Special Economic Zone (“KEK”), this achievement is a strategic step for The Sanur in realizing its vision of making Sanur a global health and wellness destination.

This certification is also a real evidence that The Sanur continues to strive to improve the quality of service and management to support the development of a superior health ecosystem in the Sanur Health Special Economic Zone.

“This achievement reflects our efforts to maintain integrity, quality, and safety in every aspect of operations,” said Doddy Akhmadsyah, President Director of PT Hotel Internasional Sanur Indonesia.

This certification was given by Garuda Sertifikasi Indonesia (“GSI”), an accredited institution of the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) which is experienced in certifying various multinational companies.

The three-month certification process includes a comprehensive audit of The Sanur’s management and operations, carried out by internationally certified GSI auditors.
