BADUNG , mybalinews.com – The Denpasar Immigration Detention Center have deported a Dutch man for his indecent behave that goes viral on social media.
The man, identified as HRC (60), has been deported to his home country on a flight to Amsterdam’s Schipol International Airport after more than 1 month in Immigration detention.
Head of the Denpasar Immigration Detention Center Albertus Widiatmoko explained that HRC, who lives in the Tibubeneng area, North Kuta, Bali, was reported for kissing and indecent acts on the street in early November 2024.

HRC was summoned for clarification and questioned by officers from the Ngurah Rai Class I Special Immigration Office on November 12, 2024 after the incident went viral on social media.
In the video circulating, HRC was seen lowering his pants in the middle of the road and committing vulgar acts while cursing local residents.
HRC, who previously came to Bali with an ITAS investor residence permit valid until May 23, 2026, is suspected of being involved in activities that have disturbed the community.
To the Immigration officer, HRC admitted that his actions was his response to the intimidation he experienced regarding the land and villa he occupied.
Immigration has also found out that HRC has not carried out business activities in his company while investing in Indonesia.
Even the company address registered in the company details, namely in Tibubeneng – North Kuta, Immigration can’t find the address.
However, the violation committed by HRC is considered to have violated immigration provisions and is not in accordance with the residence permit granted.
“After conducting a series of examinations, HRC has violated article 75 subsection (1) of Immigration Law,” said Widiatmoko. As a result, HRC was subject to administrative action in the form of cancellation of his residence permit and deportation back to his country. ( mybalinews/ERV)
