TABANAN, mybalinews.com – The innovative residential project OXO The Pavilions is set to launch soon within the Nuanu Creative City area in Tabanan.
This development, which seamlessly integrates holistic well-being and fitness into daily living, is expected to remain resilient despite the global economic slowdown.
“Looking at the current conditions in Bali, we see that tourists will continue to visit, and we are confident in the appeal of this area,” said Johannes Weissenbaeck, Founder and CEO of OXO Group Indonesia, on Wednesday (May 7, 2025).
The project aims to redefine the real estate landscape by offering world-class healthy living experiences while harmonizing with Bali’s natural environment and cultural heritage.

According to Weissenbaeck, Bali—long known for its health and wellness reputation—continues to attract lifestyle tourists and investors in search of balance, tranquility, and holistic living.
However, until now, there has been little to no development of residential hubs focusing on fitness, especially in the premium segment with freehold ownership in Indonesia.
“We believe OXO The Pavilions will be a game changer, setting new standards in Bali’s property industry,” he added.
The project will comprise 24 villas with freehold certificates, designed by world-renowned architect Chris Precht. Each villa features a unique design and is complemented by thoughtfully planned fitness facilities.
With sizes ranging from 170 to 420 square meters, the villas are crafted to blend architecture with nature. Precht’s vision ensures that every residence adheres to international standards while respecting Bali’s cultural and natural landscape.
“This project is located just a two-minute walk from Nuanu City—a creative hub poised to become Bali’s next top tourist destination,” Weissenbaeck continued.
Residents will enjoy pedestrian access to various Nuanu amenities, including ProEd Global School, Luna Beach Club, Lumeira Spa, and a network of scenic walking paths.
Spread over 44 hectares, Nuanu is committed to developing only 30% of its land, promoting a sustainable and harmonious lifestyle. The integrated ecosystem incorporates education, arts and culture, health, entertainment, and nature-inspired living, offering transformative experiences for both residents and visitors.
Nuanu is home to a thriving community of creators, leaders, and changemakers.
Lev Kroll, CEO of Nuanu Creative City, stated, “Every project at Nuanu Real Estate is designed to serve a greater purpose, beyond property development. We curate projects and investors that align with our values in long-term sustainability and cultural respect. The Pavilions is a reflection of that vision.”
Kroll also addressed concerns about access to Nuanu City, which currently involves navigating several congested routes. “In fact, it will certainly make people feel like they have to stay here longer,” he said
This commitment to sustainability is expected to greatly benefit visitors and inspire new modes of travel.
While international interest remains high—with buyers predominantly from Singapore, the United States, Australia, and Japan—OXO Group is deliberately targeting both domestic and international buyers.
Property consultant Knight Frank has listed Bali among the top ten investment destinations for the affluent seeking second homes. Their research noted that Bali’s economy has grown by 7.5% since 2021, with average occupancy rates climbing to 75%, reinforcing Bali’s status as a highly attractive investment destination.
According to Mordor Intelligence, Indonesia’s real estate market is projected to grow from USD 68.6 billion in 2025 to USD 91.0 billion in 2030, reflecting a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.82%. Official data from Statistics Indonesia shows that by 2022, the property sector contributed IDR 488.31 trillion (USD 31 billion) to the GDP, highlighting its significance to the national economy.
OXO The Pavilions will be officially introduced to the public on May 8, 2025, at Nuanu City. The event, expected to host over 300 attendees—including a balanced mix of local and international guests—will set a new benchmark for lifestyle real estate launches in Bali.
The unveiling will be followed by the opening of the Marketing Gallery on May 10, 2025, where prospective buyers can explore the project’s design and wellness features in person.
The Grand Launch is scheduled for June 8, 2025, bringing together stakeholders and potential buyers for a celebration of this landmark project. ( mybalinews/RFH )
