GIANYAR, myablinews.com – The Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association Gianyar Branch Board (PHRI BPC Gianyar), in a landmark collaboration with the Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) in Kuala Lumpur, today welcomed a premier delegation of Malaysian travel leaders.
This highly anticipated 4-day Familiarization Trip, running from October 16-19, marks a pivotal moment in strengthening tourism ties, inviting influential agencies like Mitra Kembara and Tripfez Travel & Tour to experience the authentic soul of Gianyar.
Operating under the theme, “Discover Gianyar: Preserving Culture, Embracing Nature, Building Partnerships,” the initiative is a curated journey beyond the familiar, designed to reveal the intricate tapestry of experiences that make the region a world-class destination for discerning travelers.

Over the four days, delegates will participate in a series of strategic activities emphasizing partnership and destination experience.
Business Matching Session
The core of the business agenda is the B2B Business Matching Session, designed to facilitate direct negotiations and cooperation between Gianyar’s hospitality and restaurant businesses and Malaysian operators.
Beyond the business aspect, the itinerary includes an in-depth exploration of Gianyar’s attractions. This covers visits to authentic cultural sites like the Museum Puri Lukisan and nature/wellness experiences, including a yoga session at Om Ham Retreat and a trip to the Kintamani region.
Delegates will also enjoy unique products such as a visit to the Mason Adventure Elephant Safari Park and a coffee tour at Alas Harum. The entire experience will conclude with a memorable Dinner and Balinese Performance at Greenkubu, providing a final, powerful cultural showcase.
