
BADUNG, mybalinews.com – I Gusti Ngurah Rai Immigration office launched a special operation targeting alleged foreign nationals that working as tourist guide on the resort island.
The special operation was held at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport on Wednesday. The operation is held to response complain from Bali tourism driver grouped in Bali Tourism Driver Struggle Forum
Acting chief of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Immigration office Anak Agung Bagus Narayana, said that the Ngurah Rai Immigration Intelligence and Enforcement Team (Inteldakim) had been assigned on Wednesday to conduct a field check in the international arrival pick-up area in response to the news.
As a result, one foreigner was caught welcoming the arrival of another group of foreigners. The foreigner had also directing the group of tourists to the vehicles that had been prepared.

Officers conducted a brief examination of the foreigner with the initials VV. VV was then secured by officers to the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office for further questioning because he was suspected of misusing his stay permit.
This is a quick response from the Ngurah Rai Immigration to public reports by securing the suspect. Surveillance was continued by combing a wider area around the arrivals area, but no suspicious foreigners were found.
Surveillance in the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport area will be a special concern for early prevention of foreigner violations.
